The 1,200-acre development includes roughly 1,220 single-family residences, 182 multifamily units, an elementary school site, backbone infrastructure, box culvert crossings within the Steamboat Ditch, several onsite and offsite water storage tanks, and booster pump stations.
ENGEO prepared the geotechnical report for the project. Services included review of geologic maps, aerial photos, and pertinent reports, subsurface field exploration (test pits, borings, and fault trenches), soil laboratory testing, engineering analyses, and report preparation. Significant geologic and geotechnical concerns include ancient landslides, expansive soil, and grading within complex hillside terrain.
