After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine, Cat started working for ENGEO in 2017 as a Marketer for one of ENGEO’s GoBig Initiatives, Cetrus. In this role, Cat learned much about business, sales, and marketing, but she craved more interaction with her colleagues at ENGEO.
In 2020, she found her way to ENGEO’s HR team. Cat is most passionate about finding great people, making employee’s lives better at work, and organizational strategy. Her main focus is on the “front end” of HR – recruiting, internal training, career development, etc.

Outside of work Cat has lots of hobbies. She enjoys hiking, trail running, knitting, and drawing too!
