Joanne has always found joy in supporting others and being a part in their overall successes. She felt she could best exercise this passion through a career in Human Resources, so she decided to attend CSU East Bay and achieve her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior.
Joanne joined ENGEO as an HR Generalist and focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and benefits. She also spearheads ENGEO’s events and wellness initiatives.
